Description
Among the models in the Nissan Skyline series, the 2000 Turbo GT-E・S was the highly sporty version. With a neat wedge-shaped body, this car had a 2-liter inline-6 turbo engine capable of 145hp and four-wheel independent suspension whose stiffness could be adjusted from the driver’s position. This was the first time that such a system had ever been included in a mass production car. Disc brakes were also installed on all four wheels. With its sophisticated styling and mechanism, the joy of driving this high-performance GT car was brought owners. The Nissan Skyline 2000 TURBO GT-E kit was released in 1981 as a motorized model (#24022). This version has been updated with a new instruction manual, decals and packaging. This kit features synthetic rubber tire and realistic depictions of interior such as bucket type seats, front MacPherson strut and rear semi- trailing arm suspension. Includes updated decals to recreate logos and emblems and a driver figure.
